Are these products authentic?

Yes. We source directly from the Korean brands and their manufacturers, not from resellers or grey-market wholesalers.

Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?

Everything ships from Texas. Orders leave within 1–2 business days and most arrive 3–7 business days after that. You will get tracking by email when your package ships. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not at the moment.

Can I return something?

Unopened items, within 30 days, with seals intact. We cannot take back opened skincare — once a product has been opened there is no way for us to verify how it was stored, and we will not resell it to someone else. Return shipping is paid by the customer. If we sent the wrong thing or it arrived damaged, we cover everything. See the Refund Policy.

What is an ampoule? Is it different from a serum?

In Korean skincare an ampoule is usually the most concentrated step in a routine — thinner than a cream, more loaded than a toner. It goes on after toner and before moisturizer. Think of it as the step doing the heavy lifting.

What order do I use these in?

Cleanser, toner, ampoule or serum, then cream. If you use more than one ampoule, go thinnest to thickest. Sunscreen last in the morning.

My skin feels tight right after I apply the ampoule. Is that normal?

Yes, with high-concentration hyaluronic acid. It is pulling moisture in, and on dry skin you feel it. Apply to skin still damp from toner, and always follow with a moisturizer to seal it. If tightness turns into stinging or redness, stop and email us.

Can I use these while pregnant?

Ask your doctor. Specifically, the TIUWOO Shinee Exo Cream contains retinol, which is commonly avoided during pregnancy. We are not in a position to give medical advice.

What does “human adipose tissue–derived stem cell conditioned media” mean?

It is the nutrient-rich liquid that human fat-derived stem cells are grown in, then filtered and concentrated. It is the base of the TIUWOO range. We label it clearly on every TIUWOO page rather than hiding it behind a trade name, because some people will not want it and that is a reasonable position.

Where is the full ingredient list?

On each product page, under Ingredients. A couple of newer products are still being confirmed with the manufacturer — if you need a list before it is posted, email us and we will send it.

Do you test on animals?

No, and neither do our brands. Animal testing for cosmetics has been banned in Korea since 2018.

Do these products treat acne, melasma, or wrinkles?

No. These are cosmetics. They affect how skin looks and feels. Anything that treats a medical condition is a drug, and we do not sell drugs. If you have a skin condition, see a dermatologist.
